Emotional Intelligence & Money

August 25, 2023 Denise Liebetrau

If you want to earn more, then focus on improving your emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence or EQ is the ability to be aware of our own emotions and those of others, in the moment, and to use that information to manage ourselves and manage our relationships.

While IQ remains pretty much fixed from birth, the good news is that emotional intelligence can be learned and improved.

Studies show that emotional intelligence is scientifically proven to:

* Increase sales, market share, and profits
* Improve employee engagement and productivity
* Reduce turnover and absenteeism
* Improve customer service and reduce customer attrition
* Reduce sick days and even health care costs
* Transform an organization’s culture to one that is healthier with a focus on better performance

It is one of the reasons why I offer emotional intelligence coaching and assessments. Click on this link to learn more: https://prosperconsultingllc.com/emotional-intelligence
