Things I am no longer interested in

1.      Driving in heavy traffic

2.      Wearing shoes that hurt my feet

3.      Not being authentic

4.      Seeking approval from others

5.      Pretending to be happy

6.      Working for free or low pay

7.      Seeing others be taken advantage of

8.      Arguing

9.      Wearing clothes that aren’t comfortable, especially pants

10.   Worrying over things I can’t change

11.   Living a life unaligned to my values

12.   Spending money on things that will eventually be donated to Goodwill

13.   Fighting loosing battles

14.   Kale

15.   Reading books or watching movies that are awful

16. A long commute

17. Working in an office surrounded by lots of people

18. A work schedule that isn’t flexible

19. A long wait to get seated at a restaurant

20. Spending time with takers. Givers get my time and attention.
