Does your behavior align to what you want?
Think about the relationships you want. Do you show up in the same way you want your manager to show up? Do you treat your spouse or partner the way you want to be treated?
Do you show respect toward your kids in the way you want them to show respect to you?
You want to be healthy. Are you eating healthy food and being active each day?
You want less stress and more work life balance. Are you doing things to lower your stress? Are you prioritizing sleep? Are you setting boundaries?
I’m not saying it’s easy. But it is worth it to look in the mirror to see if you are showing up in a way that is aligned to what you want.
Often I hear people blaming their employer, their partner, or someone else for what isn’t helping them to get what they want.
