I'm thinking of the 18 to 28-year-olds who have options.
Options like a side hustle that brings in revenue.
They know how to be influencers, use digital assets, and pivot in a day.
They know they can become a freelancer or contractor if they get laid off.
And they aren't scared to walk away if you are an awful manager, or the company culture is toxic.
The have options that those of us who are older don't even think about.
They are resourceful, smart, and decisive.
They will bet on themselves every single time. They are free agents.
And they are demanding things like flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
If you think you're going to change them, think again.
You'll be without a team if you resist their desires.
Listen to them. And adapt. If you don't, you'll be left behind.
